Getting Into Blogging

Blogging has never been something I have found easy, the thought of everyday writing seems overwhelming to me. But that all changed when I joined Tech Twitter. Its such an interesting place that has really inspired me. Also listening/reading Scott Hanselman blog has helped. He says that you don't need to blog every day, just do it consistently. If you blog once a week, in a year you will have 52 posts, and that is a lot.

Also at my last position I wish I HAD documented my journey more, I spent the first 6 months of my research recording things everyday, but when my team grew and we started solving challenges, I felt I had no additional time to write in the same way.

But now, i am about to embark on a new role and this time I WANT to record more than before, and generate blog posts where I can. I hope at least once a week I can write something complete and useful, but I am also going to post a lot of unfinished thoughts too.
This blog is just as much for me, as it is for you dear reader.

So onwards and upwards with the posts, and I hope the features I have added to the site help you navigate them better. I'm always open to ideas to improve the way the site is used, so don't be afraid to tweet me with an idea.

I would also be happy to hear about any ideas on blog posts or even how you approach blogging.

Thanks for reading this post.
